1. The service
RapidPermit Systems is a document generation utility. It produces municipal permit applications, OSHA compliance forms and client proposals from information you supply. It is a drafting tool, not a filing service and not legal advice.
2. Your responsibility for filings
You are solely responsible for reviewing every generated document for accuracy and for submitting it to the correct authority. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and change without notice. We do not guarantee that any document will be accepted by any building department, inspector or agency.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single contracting business. You must be 18 or older.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. A payment method is required to start the 7-day trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription automatically and renews each month until cancelled. Plan document allowances (Starter 25, Growth 150, Pro Team unlimited per billing period) are enforced in the app. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from the Billing page. Access continues to the end of the paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to produce fraudulent, forged or misrepresented documents, to impersonate a licensed party you are not, to resell generated documents as a competing service, or to attempt to breach the security of the platform.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you enter and of documents generated from it. We retain ownership of the software, templates and branding.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for rejected permits, project delays, fines, or lost profits.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that carry unpaid balances. You may close your account at any time from the Account page.
