For homeowners · one-time purchase
You do not need contractor software to file one permit. Pick your county and the job, answer a short form, and print a complete owner-builder submittal packet — application, affidavit and supporting forms. No subscription, nothing renews.
Know what you are signing. An owner-builder permit makes you — not a licensed contractor — responsible for the work, for code compliance and for anyone you pay to help. Several states restrict it to your own primary residence, cap the job value, or bar a sale for 12 months. We generate the paperwork; we are not your attorney and this is not legal advice.
