Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan includes a 7-day free trial. A card is required so your account is live instantly, and you can cancel in one click before day 7 without being charged.
What counts as a document?
One generated permit application, OSHA form, or client proposal. Reprinting or editing a document you already generated does not count again.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Switching plans takes effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference on your next invoice.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is two months free compared with paying monthly, billed once per year.
What is your refund policy?
If you are charged by accident, contact help@rapidpermitsystems.com within 14 days and we refund the charge.
